The location and safeguards for a commissioned app or AI system are agreed separately before live personal data is processed.

Do not put passwords, API keys or sensitive customer records into the contact form. Any processing agreement, access permissions, retention requirements or international transfer safeguards needed for a project must be agreed during scoping. This page is not a blanket compliance certification for every service or country.

Retention

Enquiry information is used to respond to your request and manage the resulting business relationship. Retention needs depend on that purpose and applicable obligations. Contact us to ask what information is held or request deletion where available.
