Services

Smart Connects provides websites and web design, web and mobile app development, AI integration, CRM connections, lead management, WhatsApp AI and SEO, AEO and GEO services. Projects for UK, US and EU clients are delivered remotely, with requirements agreed in writing.

Quotes, payment and ongoing costs

Published prices are GBP starting points for the scope described, not unlimited packages or a binding quote. Your proposal confirms deliverables, milestones, exclusions, payment currency, any applicable tax and third-party charges before you commit. USD and EUR quotes can be requested.

AI API usage, app hosting, software licences, payment-provider charges and ongoing work may be separate costs. Payment schedules, cancellation, refunds, support and handover are agreed in the written proposal. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Search and AI outcomes

Search platforms determine indexing, rankings and answer visibility. SEO, AEO and GEO work does not guarantee rankings, traffic or AI citations. AI outputs can be incorrect; data permissions, appropriate human review and fallback procedures must be agreed before live use.

September website offer

The following terms apply to our £199 website offer, in addition to the rest of these terms.

• The offer is limited to the first 5 new brochure-website projects for UK, US or EU businesses. It closes on 30 September 2026 or once all 5 places are taken, whichever happens first.
• £199 is a one-off charge covering the design and build of a website of up to five pages in English, using supplied content. Availability and the agreed payment schedule are confirmed in writing before work begins.
• Ongoing hosting, security and maintenance are charged separately at between £10 and £15 per month after launch, depending on the care level agreed. Billing and cancellation terms are confirmed in the proposal; this page does not impose a minimum twelve-month commitment.
• The monthly charge covers hosting, SSL, software updates, backups and agreed maintenance. It does not cover new pages, redesigns, custom development or paid third-party services.
• You are responsible for supplying text, images and logos. Stock photography, premium fonts, domain registration and third-party licences are not included.
• The offer covers a standard brochure website. Online shops, booking systems, apps, AI integrations, membership areas and multilingual sites are quoted separately.
• Up to two rounds of design revisions are included. Further revisions may be chargeable.
• You retain your supplied content and domain. Deliverable ownership, third-party licences and site-file handover are set out in the proposal.
• Delivery milestones are agreed after reviewing the scope and receiving the required content and access.
• Delays in supplying content or approvals may change the delivery dates. Any pause or cancellation is handled under the agreed project terms.
• The offer cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.
• We may decline or withdraw the offer where a project falls outside its scope.

Intellectual property

All website content, branding, logos and materials are the property of Smart Connects unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of liability

Project-specific responsibilities and any lawful limits of liability are set out in the written agreement. Website information does not override that agreement or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
